Review: Vichy Normaderm & Aqualia Thermal Range

Ever since i experienced allergy breakout on my face in June, I started to pay attention on this skin concern - Dehydrated skin. All this while i'm been focusing about whitening and prevent acne which i think its more suitable for my current age. And FYI, i thought my skin was more on oily skin which prone to shine after few hours so i never like to put on moisturiser becoz its too oily to my skin! I totally ignored about "moisturiser" in my daily skin care route ( and i thought it works! coz no more shine on my face) and tadah! finally my skin dehyrated and caused allergy and inflammation.

Following to the above incident, i search / google the solution to get my smooth skin back (*shy*), i even visited some skincare counters and asked the SA again and again to understand more about "Dehyration". It seems like its not a big deal compared to acne / shine problem, however this is the main reason that caused the skin texture fragile and prone to allergy and irritation. In addition, the dehydrated skin will always in dull appreance with lines. So you know how important and the function of a moisturiser now??!!

Anyway, after some google and research works,i found this brand - VICHY, (or also known as Vichy Laboratories) which available in selected Watsons, Guardian, and some other pharmacy stores. All of their products contain Vichy Thermal Spa Water which recommended in calming down and soothing the sensitive skin. They have variety lines targeting for acne-prone skin, dehydrated skin, aging skin, dull / dry skin, sensitive skin and so on.

As i'm having combination skin type where T-ZONE are prone to oily and cheek prone to dryness, i'm using the following products from different lines:

Normaderm Range - (from left) Normaderm Anti-Imperfection Hydrating Care , Normaderm Refine Total Pore Resurfacing Essence

This Normaderm range helps to unclog pores and prevent new blackheads or blemishes from forming, in addition it control the excessive production of sebum that cause shiny skin. I use it for T-ZONE and some small areas around nose.

Aqualia Thermal Range - (from left 1st pic) Aqualia Thermal Fortifying & Soothing 24Hr Hydrating Concentrate Serum (New Packaging) , 2ns pic- Old version and New version

Serum + Aqualia Thermal Light Moisturiser
